बीते पांच अगस्त को केंद्र की मोदी सरकार द्वारा जम्मू कश्मीर को विशेष दर्जा देने वाले अनुच्छेद 370 और अनुच्छेद 35ए को हटाने और राज्य को दो केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में बांटने के निर्णय लिया गया था.
